Acceptance of Term and Conditions

Kody Trading provides service to buyers subject to the following Terms and Conditions. 

By purchasing with Kody Trading please go thru the Term and Condition pages , policy on website and service contained therein, you agree to the following terms and conditions. 

We may update Term and Condition from time to time in our discretion. However, please visit TERMS AND CONDITIONS to review the terms. When you continues use of service represents your acceptance of the Terms and Policy. 

 

How to apply for wholesale account

    1. Sign up the wholesale account form thru website or click here.
    2. Once completed a sales representative will contact for others documentation and questionnaire.
    3. In addition to your completed Account Application, you will need to submit documentation to verify that you are a legitimate retailer.

Documentation need as below:

A clear photocopies of: 

  1. A Photo ID (such as a driver's license) of the primary business owner
  2. A business license, sales tax license, or other permit required by law to conduct business in your location. (Some jurisdictions may not require this documentation.)

 

Once you are done filling out the form, a sales representative will set your account at website and you may need to use username and password create by own to log in. Any issues please contact us at info@kodytrading.com for further instructions.

 

How to order

  1. Orders placed using website shopping cart. 
  2. Minimum orders for first and subsequence is $279.00 and up. Orders for goods less than minimum please proceed to 241 Winston Street #16 Los Angeles, CA, 90013. 
  3. Once orders finalized (packed , invoiced, and ready to pick up)payment must be received either cash/Zelle, credit cards charge while pick up merchandise. If we do not hear from a buyer within 7 days with arrangements, we will return the items to stock and void the order some more the account may be placed as probationary status. If this situation happen on subsequent order we will charge 20% stocking fees + 3.5% on total amount dollar on orders. 
  4. Buyers will have orders WILL CALL at no additional cost during regular business hours. 

Shipping 

  1. Unfortunately do not provide any shipping services until further notice. 

Partial Damage/ Missing Products/Lost products

Best practice will highly recommend inspect everything before pick up/left warehouse or store.

If you receive a master case where there is one box that is visibly damaged in an entire case, Please E-mail or contact us for further action. 

Prices

All prices are subject to change without notice. Kody Trading reserves the right to change the price. 

 

Limited Edition on selected Character Goods 

Some character goods with special edition sticker or exclusives sticker are limit edition releases. In order to ensure you will receive the product you need, we highly recommend upon notification on new item is available for Pre-Order, please place your orders as soon as possible. We solicit Pre-orders 1-2 weeks or 4-6 months(depend character goods) prior to release. Kody Trading reserve right to allocate specific quantities to individual wholesale accounts it may be lower than request quantity. New items are added to the website regularly. 

Cancellation of Products

We do not recommend canceling and speculating once your orders is completed and ready to pick up. Cancellation or reduction when orders completed and ready to pick up, will affect your ability to receive future Kodytrading product. Reduction orders or heavy cancellation , will require a re-a valuation of the buyer, it will result in cancellation or reduction on other future items on order. Any cancellation after the order complete is subject to 20% restocking fees. 20% will be charge to authorized credit card and 3.5% convenience fees. We will notify you thru E-mail or call once we’ve charge for stocking fees.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Kodytrading is not responsible for any damages that occur during transit or while the customers are handling products. 

Do I get fulfill all amount from what I have order? 

Kody Trading reserves the right to allocate specific quantities to wholesale accounts. Some items have a limited quantity so we will allocate the quantity to make sure everyone got some of the merchandise. However we still reserve right for first come first serves basic.

How do I know how the stock status?

In stock

Order this merchandise as soon as possible.  Mean this item is in stock in our warehouse. If you order it today and we will send you an order confirmation email 2-4days after we verify the item is allocate/pack and it will ready to pick up. 

NOTE: This might be multiple customer order the same item at the same time, it possible the item show in stock but might sell out from the moment you make order. If this occur and the item no longer available we will notify you. 

Coming soon

You may Pre-order this item. This item may arrive at any time. Please note that this date is subject to change at any time due to possible of manufacturer delays. Therefore, after order please account for the update. We allocate on first come first served basis. 

Sold out

This mean temporary out of stock or might no longer available to order. We highly recommend do not make order to this item till is update for availability. However , we do not guarantee the availability of the merchandise and estimated the arrival dates.
